  • Were not paid for all of your time, including pre and post-shift time;
  • Were not paid overtime at the rate of 1.5x for hours greater than 8 in a day but less than 12, and 2.0x for hours greater than 12 in a day;
  • Were not provided and took 30 minute meal periods within the first 5 hours of your shifts OR were provided an hour of premium pay;
  • Were not provided and took a 10 minute paid rest period for every 4 hours worked or major fraction thereof;
  • Did not Receive wage statements compliant with CA law;
  • Were not reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses;
  • Did not receive final wages on the day of termination or within 72 hours of voluntary separation.
